Finally registered and anxious to talk to MG owners. English not always as smooth as it should be; I'm a dutchy.
Just a few months owner of a Wild Duck, build in Holland though, but a MG's design. Built a meter bigger than the original, but hasn't lost any
of her MG identity. I know of one more W-Duck in Holland wich is 6.5 mtrs long (the original length).
Curious for other owners of this fantastic little boat.

Re: Any Wild Ducks here?
I'm reluctant to post after seeing how neat a boat can look. We are in North Wales. Wild Duck number 96, built by us in about 1985. The plans were delivered to the chief engineer on the QE1 on his and the liner's retirement. and had passed through a few hands before reaching us.
The engine is a Vetus so we have some Dutch connection. The replacement heat exchanger casting that we fitted last weekend is of a new design, but seems to fit. Sea trials will have to wait till I can get there again and the tide is in.
