Vessel awaiting modifications: New decks, Cockpit floor not self-draining -
will be soon! Rudder to be transom hung
Inner roller-reefing stay to be installed. New three blade prop to replace
existing two blade prop. Coach roof to be raised slightly (like Golden
Hind) and extended so as to improve accommodation
