'Wine Not' deck log.

Robin Lewin has kindly send in his deck log for his GH 31.

This is the sort of log I keep open on board to make simple notes in over the course of any day sail, or odd weekend.  you do not have to be setting off on a long trip to get this out and start a good habit!  they are great to look back on years later but also can have interesting and useful navigation info in them.  I would recommend everyone kept a simple paper log, maybe ruled up with a few suitable headings, time heading, speed weather position etc.  its a great habit to get into and as anyone who has sailed with me knows, the log is not just there for the skipper to fill in, all onboard are invited to add info to mine, and some of it is interesting!

There are a few abbreviations in Robin's writing, but most are self explanatory!

Wait till you read the bit about his car registration!
