When in 1992 I bought my new plans the sail number was 1663,
which if you extrapolate! from sail nr 400 in 1964 that gives a total of 1263 sets of plans sold over 28 years, an average of 45 sets of plans per year sold,
this makes the sale of your plans (nr 825) nearly 10 years later than 1964, so I would suggest possibly 1974 ish maybe? + the build time.
Obviously this is all empirical and based on assumptions and guesstimates, so hopefully someone will have more accurate info for you.

Cheers for that Chris, at least it gives me a rough guide to work from, as most insurance companys want to know how old the boat is, so i can now give them some sort of age, Tony
