Hi,i sail my e24 "rose" as a cutter, i would like to make tacking less hassle by putting a boom on the inner jib,anyone know how i would go about this.

Hello Chris I must have had a premonition about this!
When last on board I took a series of pics of my self tacking staysail, to write an article! I will sort out the pics and put them on the hints and tips page!
In the meantime sort out an old dinghy boom with gooseneck fitting and the old main sheet fittings too if you can! Does not have to be the full length of the foot of the sail, about 10% less is best. then you have to look for a small post or similar to set on the deck, or in my case on the top of the bowsprit plank, a bit back from the stem, to pivot the lot on....
