Link Here http://www.fallwood-marina.co.uk/ in their boats for sale they have what they describe as a 30 ft grp yacht, at only 495 pounds
it looks very much like an M.G. design Perhaps John could tell us?

Hi Chris, James.

This is a Waterwitch and the chances of two being there are probably slim, so bet this is Lucky Duck! What a name!

Not GRP but of course GRP sheathed, which was quite common. OK if done well, but GRP does not seem to stick as well as epoxy.

Had to strip all the sheathing off my Eventide 24 30 years ago, she is still going well with the normal paint job on ply!

Could this be a source boat for you James? Depends on the timber inside, but could be a short cut for you. that pulpit looks worth the asking price!

If you look at the STB side of the transom you can see the letters L O N. so it does look like it could be SAI - L O N

Hi
I will endevor to go and have a look.

Our financial situation is not paticularly bouyant at the moment as we have just finished building an extension on our house, hence the miss ordered wood suitable for building WW!

The credit crunch meant that we have had to take un secured loans for the extension rather than the extension on the mortgage as planned this all happened whilst the foundations were being poured.
However my wifes job changes in August so that may well free up extra cash.
Hence actual boat building is on back burner at moment!
Will go and see the boat probably Saturday, and will report back.
Yours James
