Here is the brokers description of the boat

Golden Hind, designed by the late Maurice Griffiths, has built up a well deserved reputation as a boat of exceptional strength and sea keeping qualities. The class has made hundreds of trans-ocean passages to all parts of the world, including several circumnavigations. This reputation has now been endorsed by the award of the highest CE stability category, cat A - 'Offshore'. As well as her already well logged voyages to the Baltic, Atlantic crossings, and the Mediterranean, she had been upgraded even furhter with the intention of a trip round the world. She is ready to go and definately worth a viewing. A boat with great character inside and out. All reasonable offers considered. Please call ahead for an appointment to see this vessel by quoting reference number 18312 when contacting Ancasta Portugal about this boat, on +351 282 792 510 or via email lagos@ancasta.com

And now my say on this

As the hull is GRP you should check for osmosis, but she has been Gelshielded so this should not be a problem, the only other thing you need to check for is delamination, this can occur between laminates, tapping on the hull will reveal a that a delaminated area will give a different noise than a sound laminate, rather like a cracked cup will give a different noise than a sound one, also check all the bonded in frames, rudder mountings, Keel bolts etc and any other fixings to or through the hull, as for the rest a survey will be money well spent if after viewing you find you are really interested in buying.
