Here she is at her mooring at Skippool Creek, I know its Skippool Creek cos I used to sail out of there 25 years ago, I have spent many a happy night there, usually about 50 yards off the mooring, sat in the mud waiting for the next tide to float me off, well actually to float me & my boat off! :oop...

Hi Jim, Just in case we dont have Kittiwake listed under that name, can you remember the sail number? or approximately when you built and/or sold her, it may just help John when he gets around to looking her up in our records. Since this group covers so many different boat designs, maybe it would attract more members if the groups name was changed as currently a new owner of an old boat might not know that their boat, whilst not being an Eventide is nevertheless covered by this club. I would suggest the Maurice Griffiths...

While I can't answer your question, I wonder if a little more information may help other people to do so. Do you want a measurement from the bottom of the keel(s) to the top of the coachroof? if so that should be easy to calculate from the drawings, and I know we have a set of Riptide drawings becau...

Thats true, but it also possibly depends on how much time & effort you are prepared to invest in a further generation? as despite our best efforts, unless you have your own followers all this knowledge will be lost , personally I sometimes wonder if sometimes we are working in the right/wrong century?
