Thanks for this John. I was wondering if Ivory Gull was carrying too little sail but at 500 sq ft probably not. Of course junks can afford to have big sails since reefing them is just a matter of moments.

As a new member and new owner of the Lone Gull junk schooner 'Ivory Gull' I'd be grateful with some help over the dimensions of the class.
